Responsible for conducting financial analysis for assigned business units and/or cost centers. Gathers and analyzes data to assist with sales forecasts and plans, pricing, cost improvements, rebates, commissions, and other financial matters. Provides reports, spreadsheets, and other resources to help management make informed business decisions. Performs month‑end close entries for various accruals and revenue recognition activities.
Responsibilities
Partners with commercial business units and cross‑functional teams to gather, analyze, and interpret financial and operational data that drive business performance and decision‑making.
Develops, maintains, and improves tools and reports for budgets, forecasts, pricing, margins, marketing spend, rebate programs, and tariff mitigation initiatives.
Monitors and analyzes financial performance, including margin and variance to plan, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
Manages month‑end close activities such as journal entries, revenue recognition, expense accruals, and rebate program accounting; supports audits and compliance requirements.
Designs and administers customer rebate and incentive programs, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of payments while providing insights and summaries for senior management review.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in finance, business management, accounting, or a related field (required).
Three to five years of relevant experience in business administration, financial analysis, or a related field (required).
Ability to analyze and interpret P&L statements and understand how decisions impact multiple areas of the business.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Intermediate JD Edwards, PowerBI, presentation/PowerPoint experience.
