What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Represent the employer during surgical procedures, ensuring all necessary equipment and products are available and providing technical support
Manage patients through all phases of the clinical process and educate them on the features and benefits of the employer's products
Provide clinical support in surgeries, troubleshooting, and follow-ups in hospitals and clinics
Educate and train physicians and hospital personnel on products and therapies, including coordinating teaching sessions and seminars
Maintain inventory management for case coverage, ensuring timely transactions and compliance with quality policies
What is Required (Qualifications):
High School Diploma or GED with a minimum of 4 years of clinical or medical sales experience; or an Associate’s Degree with a minimum of 2 years of experience; or a Bachelor’s degree
Must possess a valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance policy
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as required
Experience in a clinical or medical environment, particularly with implantable products or patient care
Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field
Master’s degree
Registered nurse or healthcare professional experience in a sterile environment
Clinical experience with neurological products and servicing medical personnel on product use
Understanding of basic reimbursement and healthcare environment
