What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Provide technical, educational, clinical, and sales support to meet sales and customer service objectives for Cardiac Ablation Solutions

Represent the employer during ablation procedures, offering troubleshooting and technical assistance

Educate and train physicians and hospital personnel on technical matters related to AFS products and procedures

Update sales representatives on procedures and notify Account Managers of any issues requiring follow-up

Promote the safe and effective use of the employer's products and collaborate with Account Managers to achieve sales goals

What is Required (Qualifications):

High school diploma and a minimum of 6 years of work experience in healthcare within an EP, Cath Lab setting, or sales in the cardiac field; or

Associate degree and a minimum of 4 years of work experience in healthcare within an EP, Cath Lab setting, or sales in the cardiac field; or

Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years of work experience in healthcare within an EP, Cath Lab setting, or sales in the cardiac field

Valid driver's license and ability to drive approximately 75% of the time within the assigned territory

Ability to stand, sit, and walk for 8 hours a day and interact with personal computers

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

B.A./B.S. Degree in nursing, cardiovascular, life sciences, or a technical discipline with a minimum of four years of work experience in the cardiac field

Experience in the cardiac catheter ablation field, EP lab, or medical sales providing technical/clinical support

Proven track record with technical training assignments

Completion of a pacing school/ATI-like training program

Preference for local qualified candidates with prior experience at the employer
