What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Provide technical, educational, clinical, and sales support to achieve sales and customer service objectives in Cardiac Ablation Solutions
Represent the employer during ablation procedures, offering troubleshooting and technical assistance
Educate and train healthcare professionals on technical matters related to products and procedures
Assist in training new Clinical Specialists and Account Managers
Collaborate with sales representatives to address issues and promote the effective use of products
What is Required (Qualifications)
High School diploma with a minimum of 8 years of experience in healthcare within an EP, Cath Lab setting, or sales in the cardiac field; OR
Associate degree with a minimum of 6 years of experience in the same fields; OR
Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 4 years of experience in the same fields
Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 80% within the assigned territory
Ability to engage with technology and perform physical tasks, including standing, sitting, and walking for extended periods
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Preference for local candidates and those with prior experience at the employer
Bachelor's Degree in nursing, cardiovascular, life sciences, or a technical discipline with relevant work experience
Completion of a pacing school or similar training program
Proven experience with technical training assignments
Experience in the cardiac catheter ablation field or EP lab providing technical and clinical support
