Front Desk Concierge & Administrative Assistant Job Summary

– We are seeking a personable and organized Front Desk Concierge to provide a warm and welcoming experience for clients, visitors, and staff. This role will include coordinating executive and client events, facilitating catering requests, offering general administrative support, and office management. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and a proactive approach to managing day‑to‑day office needs. Experience in event planning, office management, or administrative support is a plus.

Note:

You are expected to be in the Denver office 5 days per week from 7 AM – 4 PM with occasional overtime to stay past 5 PM for client events.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional reception experience.

Coordinate scheduling and logistics for internal and external events, including meeting room reservations and office space management.

Provide basic office management: order supplies, coordinate with vendors, maintain a clean workspace, and manage paper/ink/toner stock.

Order business cards and name tags for new employees, and manage FedEx supplies and shipping labels.

Report building maintenance issues to facilities management.

Reconcile company credit card through Concur for purchases related to events, stocking kitchens, and supplies.

Order and stock kitchen supplies (paper, plastic, beverages, coffee, dairy, espresso machine consumables).

Maintain cleanliness of both kitchen areas: wipe counters, empty and clean coffee pots, run dishwasher, and ensure refrigerators stay fresh.

Support executive and client event coordination: manage logistics, scheduling, catering requests, event set‑up, breakdown, and last‑minute orders.

Minimum Requirements

Ability to work in the Denver office 5 days per week.

Ability to work 7 AM – 4 PM with occasional need for overtime to stay past 5 PM for happy hour client events.

Minimum of a 2‑year degree or equivalent work experience.

Excellent organization skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make sound recommendations.

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Professional working proficiency in English.

Pay Range $22.00 – $27.00 per hour.
