Maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities and accurately forecast new business revenue
Represent the employer at conferences and regional events to build brand awareness
What is Required (Qualifications):
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
5+ years of successful new business development sales experience
Proven success selling into Pre‑K to 12 districts or schools, particularly in curriculum-based EdTech solutions
Exceptional knowledge of the K‑12 education landscape and existing relationships within the sector
Proficient user of CRM (Salesforce), MS Office, Google Suites, and video conferencing tools
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
3+ years in a pure hunter sales role
Experience selling literacy/reading products in the education sector
Demonstrated ability to tailor messaging for diverse stakeholders, including district administrators and principals
Proven track record of sales goal attainment in large, complex districts
Ability to articulate product value during presentations to decision-makers
