What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Develop and execute a territory plan to achieve sales quotas across new and existing accounts
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within current accounts and ensure product adoption
Deliver compelling presentations to district-level stakeholders showcasing product benefits
Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the K–12 education sector
Analyze market trends and funding shifts to inform strategic planning and positioning
What is Required (Qualifications):
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
5+ years of successful business development, sales, and account management experience
Experience with technology-based curriculum products, preferably in Literacy/Reading
Deep knowledge of the K–12 education landscape and existing contacts in the sector
Proven track record of meeting sales goals and managing a pipeline of opportunities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience in selling to large, complex districts within the K–12 education market
Proficiency in Salesforce, MS Office, Google Suites, and video conferencing tools
Exceptional presentation skills for both in-person and virtual engagements
Collaborative mindset with the ability to influence stakeholders across functions
