We are seeking a dynamic Lead Generation Expert to spearhead our outbound prospecting initiatives, generating qualified leads across multiple brands. You will be responsible for managing effective cold email campaigns, maintaining lead lists, optimizing deliverability, and engaging with potential partners or customers. This role integrates copywriting, data management, and marketing automation. Proficient in tools like Instantly and Apollo; strong writing and data organization skills Preferred Candidates: Experience with cold email campaigns and deliverability setup (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) Familiar with lead sourcing (Apollo, Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) Knowledge of CRM workflows (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or similar) Analytical and metrics-driven mindset Entrepreneurial spirit and capability to work independently Work Environment: Team Size:

Fast-paced, collaborative, and results-oriented. Responsibilities: Build and manage outbound email campaigns using Instantly. Source, clean, and segment lead lists for different product categories. Create and A/B test email copy for effective engagement and conversion. Monitor and manage domain and inbox health. Report key performance metrics weekly. Automate workflows between outreach tools and CRMs. Coordinate lead handoffs with marketing and sales teams. Refine targeting and outreach strategy using data analysis. Requirements: 2+ years in outbound marketing or lead generation. Understanding of deliverability best practices and outreach tools. Strong written communication and analytical skills.
