In this strategic leadership position, you will play an essential role in shaping the direction and execution of enterprise-level data and AI platforms, focusing on innovative solutions across real-time, batch, analytics, and generative AI capabilities. You will lead a talented group of product managers and drive initiatives to deliver impactful and scalable solutions aligned with our company’s goals. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the development of generative AI functionalities and managing a diverse portfolio of data products. You will foster collaboration across engineering, data science, analytics, and infrastructure teams to ensure our product offerings meet the highest standards. Emphasizing continuous improvement, you will track product performance and stay informed about industry innovations. We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 7 years of product management experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role. You should have a proven track record in building and scaling data or AI platform products, ideally in a cloud-native environment. A strong foundation in modern data technologies, such as streaming and batch pipelines, data lakes, and analytical stores, is crucial. Familiarity with generative AI models and experience with public cloud platforms are also required. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent collaboration skills, the ability to manage multiple strategic roadmaps, and strong communication abilities, particularly in translating complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences. Experience in product marketing, driving internal adoption and enablement initiatives, and knowledge of compliance and governance tools will be advantageous.
