Industry Retail Type Privately Held About the Role We are seeking a visionary Director of AI Architecture to spearhead our data transformation initiatives in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLM), and Machine Learning. In this pivotal role, you'll guide our efforts to enhance efficiency, drive automation, and promote sustainable growth. You will collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams to design robust data pipelines, ensuring that our data is reliable and accessible for advanced analytics. As the Director of AI Architecture, you will work alongside executive leadership to translate data insights into strategic actions that shape our future. You will lead optimization initiatives focused on long-term value creation. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in overseeing large-scale data science projects, particularly within retail, supply chain, logistics, or related industries. A strong background in team building and exceptional collaboration skills with senior executives are essential. Technical expertise in architecting machine learning and deep learning platforms, alongside an understanding of MLOps for enterprise systems, is highly valued. You will have experience uncovering data opportunities for analytics within operational systems and developing data strategies aligned with our organizational priorities. A Master's or PhD in a relevant discipline is preferred, and we are looking for a leader who demonstrates an inclusive and supportive leadership style.
