In this influential role, you will help shape the future of our data initiatives and research projects. We need a visionary leader who can drive the creation of impactful solutions that enhance business outcomes and empower healthcare providers in the transition to value-based care. This key leadership position requires a candidate with strong technical expertise, committed to building and scaling a high-performing team while nurturing a culture of excellence in technical capabilities. You will work closely with executive leadership to outline strategic priorities, manage teams of analytics experts, and set the direction for a multi-year research agenda. Collaboration with engineering and technical operations will be critical in establishing a robust and secure MLOps environment, with a focus on pioneering the integration of Generative AI in our operations. We invite applicants with an advanced degree in a quantitative field or equivalent practical experience, bringing at least 10-15 years of experience in a quantitative discipline, with 5-7 years of proven leadership experience. A successful track record in building high-performing data science and analytics teams in fast-paced environments is essential. Your expertise in advanced machine learning, statistical modeling, experimental design, and causal inference will be crucial. This role also demands excellent communication and collaboration skills, along with extensive experience in data governance, MLOps, and quality assurance. A passion for people management is vital.
