Optum NY (formerly Optum Tri‑State NY) is seeking a Urogynecologist to join our team in Poughkeepsie, NY. Optum is a clinician‑led care organization that is changing the way clinicians work and live. Position Highlights
100% Urogynecology practice
No hospital call requirement
Dedicated Women’s Center floor with exam rooms and surgical suite available for minor procedures
Robust in‑house diagnostic testing facility
Office based with traditional ASC and hospital venues accessible
Full complement of support teams to assist with patient care
Urodynamics, special testing, and robotics available
Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive women’s health services to our community through office services and inpatient/outpatient surgical procedures.
Monday‑Friday clinic/office schedule with rounding time built into the schedule.
Full scope UroGYN practice with major and minor procedures including minimally invasive surgeries with robotics.
Qualifications
Completion of Urogynecology or Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery Fellowship.
Urogynecology and Reconstructive Pelvic Surgery board certified or board eligible.
Active and unrestricted licensure in the state of New York or ability to obtain prior to start.
Active and unrestricted DEA license or ability to obtain prior to start.
Compensation The salary range for this role is $278,500 to $484,500 annually based on full‑time employment. Pay is variable based on experience and performance.
