Position Highlights
100% Urogynecology practice
No hospital call requirement
Dedicated Women’s Center floor with exam rooms and surgical suite for minor procedures
Robust in‑house diagnostic testing facility
Office based with traditional ASC and hospital venues accessible
Full complement of support teams to assist with patient care
Urodynamics, special testing and robotics available
Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive women’s health services through office and inpatient/outpatient surgical procedures
Maintain a Monday‑Friday clinic/office schedule with built‑in rounding time
Own a full‑scope UroGYN practice, performing major and minor procedures including minimally invasive surgeries with robotics

Required Qualifications
Completion of a Urogynecology or Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery Fellowship
Board certified or board eligible in Urogynecology and Reconstructive Pelvic Surgery
Active, unrestricted licensure in the state of New York (or ability to obtain prior to start)
Active, unrestricted DEA license (or ability to obtain prior to start)
The salary range for this role is $278,500 to $484,500 annually based on full‑time employment. Salary is defined as total cash compensation at target and is variable based on experience and metric achievement.
