Position Highlights
100% Urogynecology practice
No hospital call requirement
Dedicated Women’s Center floor with exam rooms and surgical suite available for minor procedures
Robust in‑house diagnostic testing facility
Office‑based with traditional ASC and hospital venues accessible
Full complement of support teams to assist with patient care
Urodynamics, special testing, and robotics available
Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive women’s health services to our community through office services and inpatient/outpatient surgical procedures
Maintain a Monday‑Friday clinic/office schedule with rounding time built into the schedule
Perform the full scope of UroGYN practice, including major and minor procedures and minimally invasive surgeries with robotics

Optum NY/NJ was formed in 2022 by bringing together Riverside Medical Group, CareMount Medical and ProHealth Care. The alignment combines resources and services across the care continuum – from preventative medicine to diagnostics to treatment and beyond across New York, New Jersey, and southern Connecticut.
Required Qualifications
Completion of Urogynecology or Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery Fellowship
Board certified or board eligible in Urogynecology and Reconstructive Pelvic Surgery
Active and unrestricted licensure in the state of New York (or ability to obtain prior to start)
Active and unrestricted DEA License (or ability to obtain prior to start)
The salary range for this role is $278,500 to $484,500 annually based on full‑time employment. The salary range is defined as total cash compensation at target. In addition to salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase, and 401(k) contribution (subject to eligibility requirements).
