Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Chicago Eyas Landing - Avondale is seeking a skilled and compassionate clinic-based Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our multidisciplinary team of top therapists in Chicago, IL. Eyas Landing - Avondale offers a unique opportunity to provide therapy through our Merlin Day Academy, a fully integrated educational and therapeutic environment for children ages 6‑14 years old with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, sensory processing disorder, and other neurodiverse needs. About The Role As a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) at Eyas Landing - Avondale, you will foster each child's speech, receptive and expressive language, feeding and swallowing needs through:

Providing individualized and group therapy

Implementing therapeutic approaches such as Sequential Oral Sensory (SOS) Approach to Feeding, Get Permission Approach, Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC), and Intentional Relationship Model (IRM)

Collaborating daily with occupational and physical therapists, and social workers

Documenting progress and communicating with families to support continuity of care

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive Salary: $65,000‑85,000
