Costing New and Used Car Deals
Processing Dealer Trades and Wholesales
Process Sales Staff Commissions for Payroll
Process Vehicle Titles Accurately and Efficiently
Manage Titling Paperwork in Compliance with State Regulations
Track/Follow up on Missing Titles
Process Rebates/ Incentives/ Dealership Discounts
Submitting Customer Payoff's
Purchase Vehicles into Inventory
Reconcile Schedules
Issue/ Disburse Checks
Job Requirements
Previous Automotive Experience Preferred
Familiarity with DMV Processes and Title Regulations
Some Evenings and Saturday Hours
Ability to Provide Quality Customer Service
Willingness to Take Initiative
Quality Writing and Grammar Skills
Computer Literacy
Ability to Perform Job Responsibilities and Meet Deadlines Easily
Detailed Follow Up
