LHH is seeking a Part-time Paralegal to join our Pittsburgh-based client's ERISA law practice.

This part-time, in-office role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a highly specialized legal field. What You'll Do Conduct in-depth legal research related to ERISA regulations and case law Assist with drafting and reviewing legal documents and correspondence Organize and maintain case files and research archives Support attorney with client communications and scheduling Prepare summaries and reports based on legal findings Collaborate on special projects and contribute to ongoing case strategy Who You Are Detail-oriented and intellectually curious with strong research and writing skills Interested in pursuing a legal career or law school in the future Able to work independently and manage time effectively Previous experience in legal administration or federal benefits is a plus What We Offer Part-time schedule: In-office only on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays Competitive hourly pay based on experience Mentorship from a seasoned ERISA attorney Exposure to a niche area of law with real-world applications Ideal for recent graduates or career changers exploring legal pathways Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits, and 401K plan. Pay Details:

$20.00 to $23.00 per hour
