A national engineering firm is seeking Environmental Scientists to join their team in Jacksonville, Florida for large scale federal projects both with back log and upcoming project liftoffs. The candidate will be a point person in several remediation projects set to begin in early 2026 with heavy technical work on the forefront. The candidate will also work to expand and develop client relationships and provide high level project oversight as a career succession plan. Hourly expectation is between $45-55/hr based on qualifications.

Required Skills & Experience • Bachelor's degree in geology, environmental , or related technical discipline. • ESA phase I, II experience - CERCLA/RCRA is a must • 8+ years of experience managing environmental investigation, remediation, or environmental projects • OSHA 40

Nice to Have Skills & Experience • Professional Geologist (PG), Professional Engineer (PE) • DoD site and project experience • Advanced degree is geology or environmental studies
