The Project Executive - Construction will:
Lead and manage construction projects from inception to completion. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. Collaborate with stakeholders, contractors, and team members to ensure project success. Develop and monitor project timelines and budgets. Oversee compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Provide regular updates and reports to senior management and clients. Manage project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies. Foster a strong team environment and ensure efficient communication across all levels. The Successful Applicant
A successful Project Executive - Construction should have:
10-15+ years of experience Extensive knowledge of the property and construction industry. Proven leadership experience in either a Project Executive or Senior Project Manager capacity Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Exceptional communication and leadership abilities. Familiarity with construction regulations and safety standards. Ability to manage budgets and project timelines effectively. What's on Offer
