They specialize in delivering high-quality projects across various sectors, emphasizing professionalism and excellence in their work. This is a fresh and new opportunity that they are recruting for and would give you the opportunity to lead Project Management efforst in Boston and hold a high level role with a name brand firm.
Job Description
Lead and oversee the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects in healthcare, education, life science & research, commercial, and industrial sectors. Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure successful delivery within the agreed parameters. Collaborate with clients, architects, and subcontractors to maintain strong relationships and achieve project goals. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle. Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams to foster professional growth and ensure project success. Monitor and control project risks to minimize potential issues and delays. Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and effective communication. Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices for construction project management. The Successful Applicant
A successful Project Executive should have:
Proven expertise in managing large-scale construction projects, particularly in healthcare, education, life science & research, commercial, and industrial sectors. Strong leadership and team management skills to effectively guide project teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to liaise with stakeholders at all levels. In-depth knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and industry standards. Proficiency in project management tools and software. A results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering projects on time and within budget. What's on Offer
