Job Description
Develop, execute, and manage all facets needed to complete projects on time, within budget, and to quality specified Maintain adherence to company standards of safety Create and monitor project budget for all assigned projects Develop and collaborate on pre-construction RFP package Administer project meetings, set project goals, and create monthly reports Establish job processes (RFIs, submittals, and pay applications) including approving pay applications and negotiating subcontract change orders Lead project scheduling, quality control, and logistics planning Manage project closeout efficiently and effectively Engage with new and existing clients to understand needs and align services Supervise support roles Collaborate closely with the superintendent and site teams throughout the project lifecycle MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant
Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field 5-10 years of industry experience with a General Contractor Demonstrated history of successfully overseeing and delivering large-scale, complex projects ($30M - $150M+) from start to closeout Project types can include but are not limited to: Higher Ed, K-12, Commercial, Public Works/Municipal Strong tenure at current and previous employers Proven track record of client satisfaction and profitability Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience using Procore preferred What's on Offer
