Regional HR Operations Manager

for a

HYBRID

opportunity in Wayne, PA. This hands-on leadership role supports HR service delivery across the U.S. and Canada, managing a team of 9 HR and Payroll professionals.

Responsibilities of the Regional HR Operations Manager:

Lead HR operations including HR admin, benefits, recruitment coordination, compliance, and reporting

Ensure timely, accurate HR processes and regulatory compliance across U.S. and Canada

Coach and mentor team members, promoting development and accountability

Standardize processes across regions to enhance employee experience

Manage vendor relationships and ensure service quality

Represent North America in global HR Ops leadership and contribute to strategic initiatives

Use data analytics to identify process improvements and automation opportunities

Qualifications for the Regional HR Operations Manager:

6+ years in HR Operations, including 3+ years in a leadership role

Deep knowledge of U.S. and Canadian HR laws and compliance

Experience in benefits administration, payroll support, leave management, and recruitment coordination

Strong proficiency in HRIS and ATS platforms; Oracle HCM Cloud preferred

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field

Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and leadership skills

Compensation for Regional HR Operations Manager:

Salary:

$110,000–$130,000
