Job Title: Phlebotomist
We are seeking skilled phlebotomists to join our team, responsible for drawing patients' blood and performing specimen processing within a doctor's office setting. This role involves collecting and receiving biological specimens, accurately entering them into the company's computer system, preparing samples for analytical testing, and distributing them to the appropriate analytical areas. Draw and collect blood samples from patients.
+ Perform specimen processing in a doctor's office setting.
+ Enter specimen data accurately into the computer system.
+ Prepare samples for analytical testing and distribute them to the correct analytical area.
+ Perform pre- and post-analytical testing responsibilities.
+ Proficiency in blood draw and specimen collection.
+ Experience in laboratory settings and phlebotomy.
+ Competence in specimen processing and patient care.
2-3 years of prior pediatric phlebotomy experience is required.
+ GED or High School Diploma is required.
You will be working closely with medical assistants and drawing blood from patients of the physicians. The work hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The company offers a supportive environment with opportunities for career growth, including a career ladder for advancement to a Phlebotomy Technician 2 position after six months, with a 4% pay increase. This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mesa, Arizona.
