Primary Purpose

The successful individual will leverage proficiency in retail to deliver exceptional customer service and the ultimate Kate Spade experience.

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual sales goals.
• Develop strong product knowledge across all categories.
• Deliver the ultimate Kate Spade experience by providing exemplary customer service.
• Build a personal connection with guests through effective selling skills.
• Partner with Store Manager and Assistant Manager to elevate selling culture and drive business events.
• Understand and communicate the Kate Spade New York brand aesthetic, philosophy, and lifestyle to sales team and customers.
• Build strong relationships as a brand ambassador.
• Communicate client feedback to store leadership to elevate service and sales.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures with honesty and integrity.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Proven ability to contribute to an elevated selling culture.
• Elevated sense of personal style.
• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in luxury goods or a comparable retail environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Available to work store schedule, as needed, including evenings and weekends.
• Standing for extended periods of time.
• Able to safely lift boxes up to 50 pounds.
• Comfortable climbing ladders.
