Responsibilities

  • Client & Service Expert: Achieve individual sales goals, develop strong product knowledge across all categories, and ensure exemplary customer service by delivering the ultimate Kate Spade experience. Build personal connections with guests through effective selling skills.
  • Leadership Presence: Achieve personal sales goals, possess extensive product knowledge, partner with Store Manager and Assistant Manager to elevate selling culture, and initiate business‑driving events in store.
  • Building Brand Equity: Understand and communicate the Kate Spade New York brand aesthetic, philosophy, and lifestyle to the sales team and customers. Build strong relationships as a brand ambassador, communicate client feedback to management, and adhere to all company policies with honesty and integrity.
  • Operational Excellence: Perform and supervise store opening and closing procedures, including counting register funds, completing bank deposits, opening and closing registers, and securing the facility.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in luxury goods or a comparable retail environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and proven ability to contribute to an elevated selling culture.
  • Elevated sense of personal style.

Physical Requirements

  • Available to work the store schedule, including evenings and weekends.
  • Standing for extended periods of time.
  • Able to safely lift boxes up to 50 pounds.
  • Comfortable climbing ladders.

Work Setup

Base Pay Range: $15.50 – $17.00 per hour.
