Job Title: Seasonal Sales Associate
Primary Purpose: The successful individual will leverage their proficiency in retail to support sales goals and deliver exemplary customer service in alignment with the Kate Spade Experience.

Responsibilities
- Client & Service Expert: Achieves individual sales goals; develops strong product knowledge across all categories; delivers exemplary customer service by providing the Kate Spade Experience; develops personal connections with guests through effective selling techniques.
- Leadership Presence: Achieves personal sales goals; maintains extensive product knowledge; partners with Store Manager and Assistant Manager to elevate selling culture and to initiate in-store business-driving events.
- Brand Building: Understands and communicates the Kate Spade New York brand aesthetic, philosophy, and lifestyle to the sales team and customers; builds strong client relationships as a brand ambassador; communicates client feedback to management to elevate service and sales; adheres to company policies with honesty and integrity.
- Operational Excellence: Performs and supervises store opening and closing procedures including counting register funds, deposits, and securing the facility.
- Qualifications & Attributes: Strong communication skills; proven ability to contribute to an elevated selling culture; elevated sense of personal style.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in luxury goods or a comparable retail environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
- Physical requirements: Available to work store schedule, including evenings and weekends; standing for extended periods; ability to lift up to 50 pounds; comfortable climbing ladders.
