Reconciliations Accounting Manager Job at Robert Half in Dublin

Description We are looking for a skilled Reconciliations Accounting Manager to join our team in Dublin, California on a contract basis. In this role, you will oversee reconciliation processes and ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial transactions. This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in accounting systems and financial oversight, particularly within the credit union industry. Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee daily reconciliation processes for accounts payable, accounts receivable, and billing functions.
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial transactions using tools like BlackLine and Concur.
• Perform audits to identify discrepancies and implement corrective measures.
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize the use of accounting software systems and ERP solutions.
• Supervise and guide the preparation of financial reports to ensure compliance with organizational standards.
• Lead efforts to enhance efficiency in accounting workflows and processes.
• Support the integration and utilization of ADP and other financial services tools.
• Monitor and maintain adherence to regulatory and organizational policies in all accounting operations.
• Provide oversight and troubleshooting for complex accounting issues.
• Train and mentor team members to strengthen overall accounting capabilities.

Requirements - Proven experience in managing reconciliation processes and accounting functions.

• Proficiency in accounting software systems such as BlackLine and Concur.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems and their application in financial operations.
• Familiarity with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and billing workflows.
• Expertise in auditing and implementing corrective financial measures.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and communicate financial insights effectively.
• Experience with ADP and other financial services tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
