Description We are looking for a skilled Reconciliations Accounting Manager to join our team in Dublin, California on a contract basis. In this role, you will oversee reconciliation processes and ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial transactions. This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in accounting systems and financial oversight, particularly within the credit union industry. Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee daily reconciliation processes for accounts payable, accounts receivable, and billing functions.
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial transactions using tools like BlackLine and Concur.
- Perform audits to identify discrepancies and implement corrective measures.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize the use of accounting software systems and ERP solutions.
- Supervise and guide the preparation of financial reports to ensure compliance with organizational standards.
- Lead efforts to enhance efficiency in accounting workflows and processes.
- Support the integration and utilization of ADP and other financial services tools.
- Monitor and maintain adherence to regulatory and organizational policies in all accounting operations.
- Provide oversight and troubleshooting for complex accounting issues.
- Train and mentor team members to strengthen overall accounting capabilities.
- Proficiency in accounting software systems such as BlackLine and Concur.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems and their application in financial operations.
- Familiarity with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and billing workflows.
- Expertise in auditing and implementing corrective financial measures.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and communicate financial insights effectively.
- Experience with ADP and other financial services tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
