Position Overview

Ledgent Finance & Accounting's client is currently seeking an Accounting Clerk for a temp-to-possible perm position in Central Scottsdale, Arizona. This role is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a balanced mix of accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks. The position offers an hourly pay range of $20.00 - $24.00.

Responsibilities

• Perform a 50/50 combination of accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks.
• Engage in collections activities and follow up on outstanding accounts.
• Conduct light reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy.
• Assist in auditing processes to maintain compliance and accuracy.
• Handle additional accounting-related tasks as needed to support the finance team.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in accounting or related field preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
• Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team player.

Required Work Hours

This is a full-time, in-office position with standard business hours from Monday to Friday.
