Industry Accounting Type Privately Held About the Role We are seeking a highly experienced Director of Transaction Advisory Services to lead and manage all aspects of deal advisory engagements, including mergers & acquisitions, divestitures, carve-outs, due diligence, valuation, and restructuring assignments. In this role, you will have the opportunity to originate new TAS mandates and develop strong relationships with private equity firms, strategic corporates, and board-level executives. You will oversee multiple deal teams to ensure the quality and timely delivery of financial, operational, tax, and commercial due diligence. Presenting insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders will be a key part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will coordinate cross-functional teams (tax, legal, operations) and act as a primary client relationship manager, guiding deal strategy, providing negotiation support, and advising on post-merger integration. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree (or higher) in accounting, finance, business, or a related field, with an advanced degree (MBA) or professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA) being highly valued. You should have a minimum of 15 years of experience in transaction advisory, investment banking, or corporate finance, including substantial experience in senior leadership roles. Expertise in financial modeling, valuation, due diligence, restructuring, and deal execution across various sectors is essential. Moreover, this role requires strong business development skills and a proven track record of winning and managing significant mandates. Excellent stakeholder management abilities and executive presence are critical. You will also be expected to lead and mentor high-performing deal teams, drive thought leadership, and thrive under pressure in fast-paced environments.
