plus bonuses based on shown appointment count Medical, Dental and Vision Plans Paid Vacation 401(k) Company-provided professional training What You'll Do: Respond to inbound service inquiries via phone, email, and text with professionalism and urgency Schedule service appointments and follow up on missed or declined services Manage rental vehicles Assist Warranty Administrator with managing schedules. Support the Service Manager and BDC team with reporting, appointment coordination, and customer outreach Maintain accurate records in CRM and DMS systems

What We're Looking For: Previous experience in a dealership BDC, service department, or customer service role preferred Strong communication and multitasking skills Familiarity with dealership software (CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, etc.) is a plus Detail-oriented with a customer-first mindset Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus Please upload your resume.
