LHH Recruitment Solutions (pka Parker+Lynch) is working with a trusted manufacturing client looking for a Sr. AP/AR Manager.This is a newly created leadership role due to growth and will oversee the full cycle of accounts payable, credit management, and accounts receivable teams. The ideal candidate will come from a medium to large sized company, have great leadership/management skills, progressive AP/AR leadership experience, and have an eye for process improvement.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage AP, AR, Credit teams
Ensure compliance with policies
Maintain vendor relationships and resolve issues
Develop and enforce credit policies and procedures
Look out for and implement process improvement solutions
Share and collaborate on data with internal stakeholders
Manage collections and aged receivables
Support audits and system enhancements
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
10+ years progressive experience in AP, AR, credit
Comes from a medium to large sized company, ideally in manufacturing
Strong leadership, team management, and team building skills

Pay Details:
$120,000.00 to $145,000.00 per year
