LHH Recruitment Solutions (pka Parker+Lynch) is working with a religious organization on the northside looking for a Sr. Accountant. This role will report to the VP of Accounting/Finance and will be over the day to day accounting management of the company, with potential room for growth. The ideal candidate aligns with their culture and has a few years of progressive nonprofit accounting experience.

Responsibilities:

• Journal Entries

• Reconciliations

• AP & AR assistance when needed

• Payroll assistance when needed

• Working with CPA firm quarterly and annually

• Preparing statements for outsourced accounting work

• GL Maintenance

• Ensure GAAP Compliance

Requirements:

• Bachelors in Accounting

• 3+ years' progressive accounting experience in a nonprofit environment

• Foundational or current public accounting experience auditing nonprofits preferred

Pay Details:

$80,000.00 to $90,000.00 per year
