Talent Acquisition Partner At Foley, we know the talent landscape is evolving rapidly, and our goal is to be at the forefront of that evolution. As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll play a critical role in shaping how we attract, engage, and hire top talent across our growing business.
What you’ll do:
Act as a true business partner to leaders across the organization, building trust and influencing hiring decisions.
Own full-cycle recruiting, bringing expertise in attracting top talent and guiding leaders through the process.
Partner with each function to design tailored recruiting strategies that align with business goals.
Partner with the rest of the talent team to use best practices in sourcing, structured interviewing, and candidate experience.
Use data and technology to optimize hiring processes, ensuring speed, quality, and scalability.
Who you are:
3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience at an innovative technology company (B2B SASS preferred)
Proven success hiring in GTM and Corporate functions
Strong relationship-builder with the ability to influence leaders and create alignment.
Skilled at managing multiple searches without sacrificing quality or candidate experience.
Proficient in modern ATS and sourcing tools, and excited to leverage AI-powered recruiting tech.
Location This is a hybrid position located in Boston - 1 day a week onsite.
