We are looking for a
Regional Controller
to lead financial operations across the region. This is a high-impact role where you'll ensure accurate reporting, compliance, and operational support for manufacturing and supply chain activities-all while leading and developing a high-performing accounting team.

What You'll Be Doing
Financial Close & Reporting
Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes for the region
Prepare and analyze
financial statements
, plant-level P&Ls, inventory, and cost variances
Support regional
forecasting
and collaborate with FP&A and commercial teams
Internal Controls & Compliance
Implement and monitor
SOX-compliant internal controls
Ensure adherence to corporate accounting policies and local regulations
Serve as a
key point of contact for audits
and compliance reviews
Global Accounting Alignment
Work closely with the
Global Controller
to standardize accounting practices
Enforce proper use of the global chart of accounts and financial controls
Support
process improvement initiatives
, automation, and system consistency
Operational Collaboration
Partner with the Director of Operations Finance to support manufacturing and supply chain accounting
Provide technical accounting guidance for inventory, cost variances, and production standard costs
Train operations-facing finance team members as needed
Team Leadership & Process Improvement
Lead, coach, and develop a
high-performing regional accounting team
Identify opportunities to
streamline processes
, improve efficiency, and enhance accuracy
Promote
automation and system utilization
across accounting functions
What You Bring
Bachelor's degree
in Accounting, Finance, or related field required;
CPA strongly preferred
10+ years
of progressive accounting/controllership experience in a fast-paced public manufacturing or industrial environment
6+ years of people leadership
experience
Strong background in
cost accounting, inventory, and U.S. GAAP compliance
Experience working in a
matrixed, global organization
Expertise in
internal controls, audit readiness, and compliance frameworks
ERP system proficiency (
SAP, Oracle, etc.
)
Excellent
analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Proven ability to
collaborate across teams and functions
