$80 - $85/hr W2 Responsibilities
Collaborate with business units, technical teams, and application administrators for GAP analysis, requirement gathering, technical development, patch applications, and successful delivery of finance projects. Implement and refine processes to ensure operational stability, adhering to established organizational controls and processes like SDLC and change management. Work closely with the global IT Finance team and IT Supply Chain to ensure seamless process support and delivery. Perform technical tasks including system configuration, data extraction/loading, and report development. Act as a business partner for IT Finance, contributing to the effective implementation of financial projects. Engage in project estimation and sizing for future initiatives. Support the education and training of the local finance user community on IT Finance applications. Experience Requirements
Minimum 6 years of experience with Oracle EBS Finance applications and over 6 years in IT/Industry. Techno-functional expertise in various Oracle EBS (R12) finance modules like Accounts Payables, Purchasing, and more. Proficient in Oracle PL/SQL. Experience in API and XML template integrations. Familiar with Oracle Supply Chain and Process Manufacturing modules preferred. Deep understanding of Oracle EBS finance aspects such as Procure-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash. Ability to collaborate with users at all levels to identify requirements, ensuring timely results. Skilled in analyzing business processes and converting business needs into requirements and solution designs. Strong grasp of information systems, business processes, and success metrics. Proven dedication to customer satisfaction, system reliability, and issue resolution, including the flexibility for off-hours support. Excellent analytical and creative problem-solving abilities. Familiarity with Data Analytics tools like Tableau is a plus. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Willingness to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle is preferred. Experience in the biotech or pharmaceutical sector is advantageous. Prior experience in a SOX environment is a definite plus.
