Accounting Specialist
LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring an Accounting Specialist in Riviera Beach, FL. They are open to candidates with some accounting work experience and ERP experience or entry level candidates, but the candidates must have minimum of a Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance (ideally) or a similar degree in order to qualify. They may be open to training on the accounting duties as long as there is a degree.
Location:
100% Onsite in Riviera Beach, FL
Type : Direct Hire
Salary : $22-23/hour (DOE)
Responsibilities: Responsible for accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
Record and process journal entries to ensure accurate documentation of business transactions.
Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts.
Assist with annual, internal, and external audits, and help document and implement procedures.
Candidate will be using an accounting ERP system.
Must be trainable, willing to learn new accounting tasks and take initiative.
