Accounts Receivable Specialist

position open with our client in Orlando, FL.

This is a full time, onsite, contract to hire role.

Responsibilities

Process all payments Post and process cash receipts, ACH, and check payments daily Review and monitor accounts receivable balances/aging Respond to management's billing questions Prepare bank deposits Reconcile accounts Experience

Minimum of 2 years of accounts receivable experience required Education

Associate degree in Accounting a plus Knowledge/Skills

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (particularly Excel) Working knowledge of accounting software/ERP required Must be adaptable, customer service focused, detail & results-oriented Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines Work Hours/Pay Rate
