Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Employee Benefits Account Manager to join a well-respected brokerage team.
Compensation Package
Salary Range : $65,000 - $75,000 (depending on experience) + commission opportunities Competitive benefits package, 401(k), paid time off, professional development opportunities, etc. Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of group benefits clients, ranging from 20 to 200 lives. Oversee marketing renewals, open enrollments, and assist with enrollment processes. Provide general servicing and support to clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally. Identify opportunities to round out accounts and enhance client relationships. Quote new and renewal business, ensuring competitive and comprehensive offerings. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless client experiences. Qualifications/Requirements
Licensure : Active Life & Health (L&H) license required. Experience : Minimum of 3 years of experience in employee benefits account management or a related field. Proven expertise in marketing renewals, managing open enrollments, and servicing group benefits accounts. Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Familiarity with industry software and tools is preferred. A client-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
