Small Group Employee Benefits Account Manager
Job Summary: Seeking a dedicated and experienced Small Group Employee Benefits Account Manager to join a growing team. This role is pivotal in managing small group accounts and ensuring exceptional service delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in employee benefits, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to upholding company core values.
Compensation Package
Salary Range: $65,000 - $75,000 annually

Responsibilities
Manage a book of business for small group accounts
Handle A-Z account management with support from a Customer Service Representative
Quote new and renewal business, with a focus on renewals
Utilize software tools such as Employee Navigator and BenefitPoint to manage accounts effectively
Collaborate with a team of colleagues regularly to ensure seamless service delivery
Uphold and promote the company’s core values in all interactions
Qualifications / Requirements
Licenses: Active Life and Health (L&H) License is required
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in employee benefits, preferably within an agency setting
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Employee Navigator and BenefitPoint software is a plus
Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, excellent communication, ability to work collaboratively, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
