About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Vice President of Clinical Programs to spearhead the strategic and operational facets of our innovative therapeutic programs targeting immune-mediated diseases. In this pivotal role, you will take charge of formulating and executing the clinical development strategy aligned with our organizational goals. Your responsibilities will include leading the design and execution of clinical trials, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards, and managing the preparation and submission of regulatory filings.
You will have the opportunity to build and lead a high-performing clinical development team while fostering a culture of scientific excellence and a patient-centric approach. As a key communicator, you will share updates on clinical development progress to both internal and external stakeholders and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of clinical activities.
The ideal candidate will possess an M.D. or equivalent, with board certification in a relevant specialty preferred. You should have at least 10 years of clinical development experience in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical sector, including a minimum of 5 years in leadership. A proven history of designing and executing clinical trials for immune-mediated diseases or related therapeutic areas, as well as successful regulatory submissions, is essential.
Strong leadership, team management, communication, and interpersonal skills are critical. You must demonstrate strategic thinking, problem-solving abilities, and a results-oriented mindset.
