LHH is partnering with a reputable company in the downtown Seattle area that is looking for a temporary Accounts Receivable Specialist for their team. Your main responsibilities will be applying missing payments, researching invoices, and communicating with various teams to reconcile accounts. The ideal candidate will have at least a year of accounting experience and extremely professional communication skills. You will be reaching out to internal and external customers over the phone. This position will last for around three months and offers a quick interview process. This role is fully onsite in the downtown Seattle office. Responsibilities: Apply missing payments to customer accounts and ensure accurate record-keeping. Research and resolve discrepancies related to invoices and account balances. Communicate professionally with internal teams and external customers to reconcile accounts over the phone. Assist with account reconciliations and support month-end close processes. Maintain detailed documentation of payment applications and correspondence for audit purposes. Qualifications:

Minimum of one year of experience in accounting or a related field. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing payments and reconciling accounts. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with professionalism in phone interactions. Ability to research and resolve invoice discrepancies efficiently. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software is preferred. Employment Details:

Temporary for three months. Fully in-office in Seattle, WA. Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Pay Details:

$28.00 to $30.00 per hour
