LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented
Accounts Payable Analyst
for a 6-month onsite contract in Seattle, WA. This role is responsible for managing vendor invoices, processing payments accurately and on time, and supporting the finance team in maintaining efficient AP operations. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and experience with high-volume accounts payable environments. Responsibilities: Process and review vendor invoices for accuracy, proper coding, and approval
Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
Prepare and process electronic payments, ACH, and checks
Maintain accounts payable records, filing, and documentation for audit purposes
Collaborate with internal departments and vendors to resolve billing and payment issues
Assist with month-end close, accruals, and reporting of accounts payable balances
Support audit activities by providing documentation and reconciliation reports
Identify opportunities to improve accounts payable processes and efficiency
Qualifications: 2-4 years of experience in accounts payable or finance operations
Proficiency with accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP, or similar) and Excel
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing financial transactions
Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of GAAP and basic accounting principles
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
