Role Summary: The Director of HR Business Partner Technology will act as a strategic advisor to business leaders, spearheading talent strategies that align with our organizational goals. You will lead HR support for business units, providing expertise on organizational effectiveness, talent management, leadership development, and employee relations. A significant aspect of your role will be overseeing integrations for acquisitions, ensuring smooth transitions, harmonizing policies, and fostering cultural alignment. We seek a strategic HR leader who excels in dynamic environments and is passionate about driving business success through effective people strategies. Roles & Responsibilities: Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership, offering insights on talent strategies and organizational development. Lead integration efforts for acquisitions, focusing on change management and employee engagement. Drive talent management initiatives, including succession planning and leadership development. Advise on employee relations matters, ensuring fairness and adherence to company values. Collaborate with business leaders to design and implement HR programs that support company objectives and nurture a high-performance culture. Provide guidance on performance management, coaching, and development to enhance leadership skills. Work closely with Total Rewards and Talent Acquisition teams to ensure seamless HR service delivery. Utilize HR metrics to identify trends and inform decision-making. Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to create a welcoming workplace culture. Ensure compliance with employment laws and mitigate organizational risk. Qualifications: 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including substantial HRBP expertise. Bachelor's Degree in business or related field. Proven track record in leading HR integration efforts for acquisitions. Strong business acumen to align HR strategies with business objectives. Expertise in employee relations, performance management, and talent development. Experience influencing senior leaders to enhance organizational effectiveness. Strong analytical skills to drive data-informed decisions. Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills. Comprehensive knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices. Desired Qualifications: Master's Degree. Experience in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment. HR certification (SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or equivalent) preferred. Experience in a matrixed organization. Demonstrated success in change management. Effective project management skills for executing complex HR initiatives. The estimated total cash compensation range for this role is between $200,400 to $249,600 USD, with a base salary range (excluding bonuses) of $167,000 to $208,000 USD.
