Role Description: We are currently seeking a full-time F&I Manager for our dealership in West Palm Beach, FL. This on-site role will oversee all financing and insurance programs for the dealership, including facilitating loan approvals, working with lenders and insurance providers, and ensuring compliance with all state and federal laws and regulations related to financing and insurance. The F&I Manager will also work closely with the UW Dept and sales team to maximize revenue and profitability for the dealership.
Qualifications: A minimum of 3 years of experience in automotive F&I management, with a proven track record of success Strong knowledge of financing and insurance programs, regulations, and laws, with the ability to handle multiple transactions simultaneously Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, lenders, and insurance providers Strong organizational and time management skills, with meticulous attention to detail An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities to increase revenue and profitability Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus Knowledge of Reynolds, Dealer Track, DMv Dlr, and Menu Selling is preferred.
