Customer Finance Manager
Hours: In office full time Mon - Sat 9AM - 7PM Location: Addison,Tx Reports to: Owners
The Customer Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing the financing and insurance process for customers purchasing vehicles at Epic Motors. This role involves working closely with customers to secure financing options, presenting and selling finance and insurance (F&I) products, and ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.

*Key Responsibilities* - **Customer Financing:** - Assist customers in securing financing for vehicle purchases by working with multiple lenders and financial institutions. - Review customer credit applications, evaluate creditworthiness, and present tailored financing options. - Explain loan terms, interest rates, and payment plans clearly to ensure customer understanding.
*F&I Product Sales:* - Present and sell finance and insurance products, including extended warranties, GAP insurance, tire and wheel protection, maintenance plans, and other aftermarket products.
*Documentation and Compliance:** - Prepare and process all required paperwork for vehicle sales, including loan agreements, titles, and insurance documents. - Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, including Truth in Lending Act (TILA), Regulation Z, and other applicable laws. - Maintain accurate records of all transactions and submit necessary documentation to lenders and regulatory agencies.
- **Collaboration:** - Work closely with the sales team to finalize deals and ensure a seamless transition from sales to finance. - Maintain strong relationships with banks, credit unions, and other lending partners to secure competitive financing rates.
- **Performance Goals:** - Meet or exceed dealership targets for F&I product penetration, finance income, and customer satisfaction scores. - Monitor and report on key performance metrics, such as average profit per deal and product sales rates.
**Qualifications:** - **Education and Experience:** - High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field preferred. -5+ years of experience in automotive finance, banking, or a related field preferred. - Previous experience in a car dealership F&I department is a plus.
- **Skills and Abilities:** - Strong understanding of automotive financing, credit processes, and F&I products.. - Proficient in dealership management systems (e.g., Dealertrack, Reynolds & Reynolds) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- **Certifications and Licenses:** - Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. - State-specific insurance or finance licensing may be required (e.g., AFIP certification or state F&I licensing, if applicable).
They do not offer benefits. 2 weeks vacation but this could be negotiable. They would be willing to provide monthly stipend to help them cover their own benefits.
