What you will be doing:

Utilize NAV system to log and transfer data for all outbound shipments to plant, create and receive POs for Saginaw, Mexico locations.

Communicate all shipments to our Sabinas location daily

Physically unload/receive all inbound shipments

Create shipping Manifests for Export shipments

Keep FedEx drop-off area organized

Move and dock trailers in the yard, coordinate usage of dock doors, inspect trailers for any issues

Call in work orders for trailer maintenance.

Monitor company CHEP account, keep inventory of and order all CHEP pallets for Saginaw DC and Sabinas plant.

Follow company Heat Treatment program of all pallets to conform with CTPAT standards.

Work with accounting dept. to ensure pricing and quantities of all invoices are valid and logged correctly.

Record keeping implementation and control for inbound Finished Goods Trailers.

Manage and Maintain the Heat-Treating Program

Monitor and audit import/export entry filings. Resolve discrepancies on import/export documentation by requesting corrective action from the broker and/or access ACE portal for clarification on entry submission documents.

Assist with compliance training for import/export and other trade programs. Assist supplier training on trade programs such as TLCAN

What you will bring to the team :

High School Diploma, GED or equivalent and 2 years’ experience in order picking and rotation of product or a combination of education and experience.

Ability to respond to common inquiries from warehouse personnel.

Ability to respond to inquiries or complaints from Mexico team and Saginaw team. Ability to effectively present information to management.

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of most commonly used business systems and software applications in addition to Windows Office and knowledge of Navision.

Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have basic computer skills and knowledge of Excel. Knowledge of Microsoft Navision is a plus.
