As

Director of Operations , you'll partner with the COO to create and implement strategies that support and enhance Our Client's operational efficiency. You will coordinate closely with department leads, ensuring that projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards. Through streamlined processes and collaborative support, you'll contribute to Our Client's mission of providing outstanding service when clients need it most. Key Responsibilities Operational Excellence Oversee day-to-day operational activities to ensure consistently high standards of service. Work alongside department heads to maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality objectives. Refine and establish procedures to increase productivity and service quality across departments. Strategic Planning & Process Optimization Collaborate with the COO to shape and implement strategic, operational plans aligned with the company's growth objectives. Lead process improvement initiatives to streamline workflows, minimize inefficiencies, and enhance project turnaround times. Drive the adoption of new tools and systems to support effective service delivery. Team Leadership & Development Cultivate a high-performance team culture through mentorship, accountability, and support. Participate in hiring and training efforts to strengthen skillsets across all departments. Foster collaboration and open communication among sales, project management, and operational teams. Financial & Compliance Oversight Maintain operational budgets, focusing on cost-effective practices while ensuring high service standards. Partner with finance to monitor project costs and profitability, making adjustments to meet financial targets. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to the construction and restoration industries. Client Relations & Service Quality Partner with the sales team to ensure client needs are exceeded and assist in resolving escalated client concerns. Develop and sustain relationships with major clients, continually seeking ways to enhance service offerings. Oversee the consistency and professionalism of client interactions across all project stages.
