Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled
Industrial Maintenance Technician
to join our team. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems to ensure reliable plant operations. This role requires a hands-on professional with strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment.
Key Responsibilities
Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on production and facility equipment.
Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues.
Install, program, and troubleshoot
PLCs (Allen-Bradley )
, VFDs, motors, and automation systems.
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals to diagnose and resolve issues.
Maintain accurate maintenance records using CMMS systems.
Support equipment upgrades, modifications, and new installations.
Ensure compliance with all safety policies, OSHA standards, and company procedures.
Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and improve equipment performance.
Provide technical guidance and training to less experienced technicians when needed.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or technical certification in Industrial Maintenance, Electrical Technology, or related field .
3+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
Strong knowledge of
electrical systems, PLC troubleshooting, hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical repair
.
Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and electrical diagrams.
Welding, fabrication, and machining experience a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Willingness to work overtime, weekends, or on-call as required.
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Comfortable working at heights, in confined spaces, and in varying environmental conditions.
Ability to stand, bend, and walk for extended periods.
