LHH is on the hunt for a bubbly and detail-driven Accounts Receivable Specialist to join a dynamic organization near Pittsburgh, PA. This is a contract-to-hire role with serious growth potential-and we're looking for someone who's excited to make an impact from day one. What You'll Be Doing: Managing incoming payments and ensuring accurate posting to customer accounts Reconciling accounts and resolving discrepancies with a smile Communicating with internal teams and clients to keep everything flowing smoothly Generating reports and supporting month-end close processes Using your organizational superpowers to keep records clean and compliant What We're Looking For: 2+ years of experience in accounts receivable or general accounting Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs-you've got this!) Excellent communication and customer service skills A positive, proactive attitude and a love for solving problems Experience with ERP systems is a plus Ready to Apply?
