FEDITC is seeking

Strategic Action Planning Support

to support the

67th Cyberspace Wing (67 CW)

at

Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) - Lackland, TX . United States citizenship

and an

Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility (TS/SCI)

are required to be considered for this position.

The contractor shall facilitate the development and staffing of contingency and steady-state plans, including Strategic Action Planning, Contingency, Functional, Supporting, Program, Force Design, and/or Operations Planning. The contractor shall facilitate meetings (A006) as required for the 67 CW/CC, Command, and Wing Staffs throughout the year to discuss and update these plans.

Facilitation duties include planning meetings, leading planning activities, attending planning working groups, preparing planning documents, coordinating Task Management Tool, JIRA, and/or Outlook taskers received via NIPRnet, SIPRnet, or JWICS (specific to Planning Support), providing agendas, identifying problem areas, developing courses of action, recording and disseminating meeting minutes, and maintaining documentation in the appropriate government-approved location.

Responsibilities Assist government program managers by facilitating long-range planning initiatives and supporting all programming and planning requirements for the effective use of Air Reserve Component forces for Total Force Integration (TFI). Develop a Strategic Action Plan and viable options for Lines of Effort (LOE) for Commander approval by 1 October each year, and facilitate quarterly progress checks. Participate in, facilitate, or lead planning working groups and compile planning documents, briefings, off/on-site planning sessions, agendas, cost analyses, and after-action reports (A006). Ensure coordination and staffing of contingency and steady-state planning documents and publish/distribute them annually to 67 CW senior leaders. Maintain all applicable planning documents and update as mission requirements change, adjusting LOEs as directed within the established POA&M. Monitor and ensure timely coordination, staffing, and resolution of planning-related taskers and Requests for Support (RFS) received via NIPRnet, SIPRnet, and JWICS; provide updates to 67 CW commanders and directorates as required. Maintain situational awareness and collaborate with higher headquarters (16 AF and ACC) on Planning Orders (PLANORDs) and Task Orders (TASKORDs) that affect 67 CW missions, functions, and capabilities. Collaborate with weapon system program managers and subject matter experts (SMEs) to identify operational requirements and develop supporting plans as required. Prepare to brief Wing leadership on current status and planning updates as directed. Qualifications

Experience/Skills:

Supporting strategic planning and coordination of contingency, functional, and operations plans. Facilitating planning meetings, compiling documentation, and coordinating taskers across multiple communication networks. Collaborating with leadership, program managers, and SMEs to develop and maintain planning documentation. Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills supporting command-level planning and reporting. Clearance:

Active Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility (TS/SCI) required. Must be a United States Citizen and pass a background check. Maintain applicable security clearance(s) at the level required by the client and/or applicable certification(s) as requested by FEDITC and/or required by FEDITC's Client(s)/Customer(s)/Prime contractor(s).
